Discount Hawaii Car Rental does not guarantee hybrid or electric vehicles in its fleet. The company partners with major rental providers (e.g., Hertz, Avis, Budget) to offer discounted rates, but availability of eco-friendly cars depends on the partner’s inventory at the time of booking. During peak seasons, these vehicles are often limited or unavailable. If you specifically need a hybrid or electric car, it’s best to confirm availability directly with Discount Hawaii Car Rental before booking or consider providers with dedicated green fleets (e.g., Turo or Enterprise’s EV rentals).
